Certain Services may include AI-assisted workflows, automated orchestration, machine-learning-assisted processing, intelligent recommendations, operational diagnostics, automated summarization, workflow automation, and integrations with third-party AI providers.

Information submitted to AI-enabled features may be processed to generate outputs, operational insights, recommendations, or automated actions.

Users remain responsible for:

Qistone does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. Users should not submit highly sensitive regulated information to AI-enabled features unless expressly authorized by a separate written agreement.

Qistone does not sell Personal Information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

1. Service Providers

Such providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

2. Customer Organizations

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, administrators associated with your organization may access and manage certain account and operational information.

3. Legal Compliance & Protection

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, investigate violations, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, or maintain platform integrity.

4. Business Transfers

If Qistone undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve security and audit integrity.

Retention periods may vary depending on account status, operational requirements, contractual obligations, and legal or regulatory requirements. Operational telemetry, audit logs, and observability records may be retained for security, compliance, and platform reliability purposes.

Qistone implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Security measures may include:

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and API keys.

IXMulti-Tenant Platform Operations

Qistone operates a multi-tenant platform environment. Customer and organizational data is logically isolated using tenant-scoped authorization, operational controls, and platform security mechanisms designed to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant access.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your Personal Information, including:
